Communications Consent Disclosure
This disclosure explains the consent you provide when you ask us to contact you or agree to be contacted by phone or text. It applies to Sharif Technologies, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") and to solar sales organizations using the Pulse D2D platform who collect your information.
1. What You Are Consenting To
When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you give your prior express written consent to receive phone calls and text messages from us at that number, including calls and messages made using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or automated/AI-assisted dialing technology.
Two separate purposes
- Customer care (transactional): to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments; to answer your questions; to send quotes, documents, and project updates you request.
- Marketing / promotional: to share solar products, offers, financing options, and savings estimates — only where you have separately agreed to marketing contact.
2. Consent Is Not Required to Buy
Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can still do business with us without agreeing to marketing contact.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
4. How to Revoke Consent
• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Calls: tell any representative to place you on our internal do-not-call list, or contact us using the details below.
• Help: reply HELP or contact us at support@shariftech.com.
We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor opt-out requests. We also scrub outbound campaigns against the National Do-Not-Call Registry where applicable.
5. Your Information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share the consent you provide here, or your mobile opt-in data, with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
6. Records of Consent
We keep records of the consent you provide, including the date, the phone number, and the disclosure language shown to you, to document compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related rules.
