SMS Terms & Messaging Policy
These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging programs operated by Sharif Technologies, Inc. ("Sharif Technologies," "we," "our," or "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
1. Two programs, two separate opt-ins
We send two categories of messages, and you consent to each separately. Consent to one program is not consent to the other.
Customer care — "Sharif Technologies Alerts"
- Replies to your support questions and account notices about Pulse D2D
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and status updates
- Secure links to documents you have asked us to send or review
Opt in on our Contact Customer Care page by checking the Text Message Consent box, or by giving your number and express permission to a representative.
Marketing — "Sharif Technologies Offers"
- Pulse D2D product news, offers, and demo follow-ups
- Promotions and information about the home and business services Sharif Technologies provides, where you have asked to hear about them
Opt in on our Book a Demo form by checking the Text Message Consent box. Marketing consent is never required to book a demo or use Pulse D2D.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by (a) checking a consent box on one of the two forms above — the box is never pre-checked and its full consent text is shown next to it, (b) providing your number to a representative and agreeing to be texted, or (c) texting a keyword such as START to one of our numbers, which opts you in to the program that number belongs to. We keep a record of each consent: the program, the source, the date and time, the consent text shown, and the information you provided.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program(s) you joined. Customer-care messages are tied to your requests, appointments and account. Marketing messages are sent no more than a few times per month.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opting Out & Help
STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that program, unless you opt in again.For help: reply

We honor STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT, and we suppress numbers that opt out. Opting out of one program does not automatically opt you out of the other; reply STOP to the number you no longer wish to hear from, or contact us and we will remove you from both. Where the law requires it we also scrub against the National Do-Not-Call registry and observe quiet hours.
6. Supported Carriers
Carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subcontractors (such as our messaging provider) acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you consented to. 9. Organizations using Pulse D2D
Sales organizations that use the Pulse D2D platform send their own text messages to their own prospects and customers under their own consent and brand. Those messages are governed by that organization's terms and by Section 06 of our Terms of Service; this page governs messages from Sharif Technologies itself.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the Effective Date reflects the latest revision.
